Shipping & Delivery

Here are the terms and conditions when placing an order with us
regarding the shipping and delivery of your purchase:

•  All items are processed and packaged within 48 hours of receiving the order number NOT including weekends and public holidays.
• Once your order is dispatched you will receive your tracking number via your email entered at checkout.
• Please note when placing an order with AfterPay – your order will only be dispatched once the payment has been received by us from AfterPay.
• Estimated delivery times (when given) are to be used as a guide only, and do not take into account any possible delays.
• During high volume times, dispatch times may be delayed but we will do our very best to ensure this doesn’t happen often. We hope you understand.
• Overseas Delivery Fees are a flat rate of $40 for Standard Parcel Post service.
